Julie & Ashley

We have 2 Springers, Bella & Roxy, who are our babies!  We can ensure you that we will also treat your dog(s) the same way.   Bella and Roxy have the run of the whole house at all times and they sleep where ever they want to, whether it is in their bed, on our bed, on the floor or on the sofa, and your dog can sleep where ever they want.

Bella is 12 yrs old and we rehomed her when she was 3, not knowing she was in pup. She had 6 lovely puppies, we kept her first born, and all the other puppies went to lovely homes and I am still in contact with them.  Bella is a diva she knows exactly what she wants, she loves a fuss on her terms, and gets excited at walk times, but also loves the quiet life, so she will be found upstairs in her bed or asking to go in the car, weather permitting!

Roxy is 9 years old and Bella's daughter, Roxy is a sweetie, she can be timid with people to begin with, but soon comes around and is very friendly with dogs.  Roxy loves to help her dad in the garden, going for a walk and cuddles on the sofa.

Ashley and myself have both been brought up with animals, Ashley growing up had a Red-setter  & German Shepherd, I had rabbits, then a border collie growing up.   I also had a horse, Tango, and we had a Boxer dog, Henry who we rehomed and Jack a Lab Cross, who we rehomed at 6 months old and lost last year at the age of 17.

We have always owned dogs as well as several other animals, which are all pets, 2 rabbits, 3 sheep and a pygmy goat.  

Ashley worked with horses for over 15 years and in that time, he worked for the BHS as a Horse Welfare Officer, Riding School Inspector and has been  a Riding Instructor.  He now works in a different industry.

 I worked as a Mortgage Adviser, but I always wanted to be at home with our puppy dogs, and look after people's dogs.  I got the opportunity to set this business and jumped at it.  I will be the main carer for your puppy dogs(s), during the day.

Our dogs are so precious to us and they go everywhere they can with us, if we go out for a meal we always go to dog friendly pubs , so they  can come with us, and your puppy dog  would also come along if we went out whilst staying with us.

We are both fully qualified Dog First Aiders.

At our home, we have a secure lawned garden and 2 secure gravel areas, one which has a covered area, with seating in, so on a lovely day, I can sit outside with them, but they will have shade and dog beds in their.   

We also have access to a secure paddock area, where our other animals are kept, where they can have a play and again if it is a warm day, we have a caravan they can go into.
